I love making chocolate-dipped pretzels! They are a tasty treat you can whip up in no time. I am excited to share how easy they are to make with just a few simple steps.

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowl

  • Spoon or dipping tool
  • Helps to coat the pretzels evenly.
  • Baking sheet
  • Lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cooling rack
  • This lets the chocolate set without getting stuck to the sheet.

Ingredients
  

  • Pretzel rods or twists
  • Crunchy and salty a perfect base.
  • Chocolate chips
  • I like using dark or milk chocolate.
  • Toppings
  • Try sprinkles crushed nuts, or coconut flakes.
  • Vegetable oil

Just a touch to make the chocolate nice and smooth.

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate
  • Place the chocolate chips in the microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Dip the pretzels
  • Use a spoon or dipping tool to cover half of each pretzel in chocolate.
  • Add toppings
  • Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate-coated area.
  • Let them set
  • Place the pretzels on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Cool them down

I put mine on a cooling rack or in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
