Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs: Place in a pot, cover with water, and boil for 9-12 minutes.
  • Peel and cut: Once cooked, cool, peel, and cut eggs in half.
  • Make the filling: Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash. Mix with mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill the eggs: Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika and optional toppings like chives.

Notes
