Equipment

  • Mixing bowl: I always use a medium-sized one to have enough space to stir everything together.
  • Spoon: A sturdy one works best for mixing.
  • Measuring cups and spoons: To get the right amount of each ingredient.
  • Airtight container: To store any leftovers and keep them fresh.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries they look like little red gems
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips add a little Halloween magic!
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk of choice

Instructions

  • Combine oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and chocolate chips in the mixing bowl. This creates the perfect muesli base.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the mixture to add a warm, spicy flavor.
  • Pour milk over the dry ingredients. Stir well until everything is nicely coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight. This lets the oats absorb the milk, making them soft and delicious by morning.

Notes

Customize it! Feel free to swap almonds with your favorite nuts or add in dried apricots for a tasty twist.
Serving tip: I like topping mine with fresh fruit, like sliced bananas or berries, for extra sweetness.
Extra crunch: If you prefer a crunchy texture, toast the nuts and seeds before adding. It'll make a big difference in flavor and texture.
Can't wait for you to try this! 🎉
