Skewers: I prefer small, wooden skewers, about 4-5 inches long.
Cutting board: Useful for slicing ingredients.
Sharp knife: Essential for cutting the mozzarella and tomatoes.

Serving platter: Arrange the finished skewers for a beautiful presentation.
- Cherry tomatoes: 1 pint halved
- Fresh mozzarella balls: About 20 small balls
- Fresh basil leaves: 20 leaves
- Balsamic glaze: 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Assemble: I start by threading a tomato half, followed by a basil leaf, then a mozzarella ball, and finish with another tomato half on the skewer.
