Ingredients
- Sausage Links: About 12 links my favorite kind, either pork or chicken.
- Butter: A small amount to prevent sticking.
- Olive Oil: Just a splash to help brown the sausages.
- Peppers & Onions: Optional for added flavor and color.
- Salt & Pepper: To taste.
I can always add in a pinch of herbs for more flavor or even include a spicy sauce for a kick!
Instructions
- Heat the Skillet: Medium heat, with a bit of butter and olive oil.
- Cook Sausages: Place sausage links in the skillet. Turn them every 3-4 minutes.
- Optional Vegetables: Add peppers and onions after 5 minutes.
- Check the Temperature: Make sure sausages are fully cooked, reaching 160°F (70°C).
- Serve Hot: Directly from the skillet onto plates or keep warm in the oven.
