  • Measuring Spoons/Cups: Accurate measurements are key to getting the flavor just right.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of mixed nuts almonds, cashews, and walnuts are my go-to choices
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick 🌶️
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg for a warm flavor

These ingredients work together to create a delightful balance of sweet, savory, and spicy!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. This includes the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Add the nuts to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Stir them with a wooden spoon until all the nuts are thoroughly coated.
  • Spread the nuts evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the nuts for about 15 minutes. Stir once halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Cool them down completely before enjoying. This helps the flavor intensify.
