  • Make a thumbprint: Use your thumb to press into the center of each cookie.
  • Fill with strawberry jam: Spoon a bit of jam into each indentation.
  • Bake: In a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 mins.
  • Prepare cream filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth.
