Ingredients
  

Gathering the right ingredients ensures my cookies taste amazing every time! Here's what I use:

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter softened
  • 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/3 cup of additional granulated sugar for rolling
  • 48 Hershey's Kisses unwrapped

Instructions
 

Making these cookies is straightforward. I love how the steps come together so easily for delicious results.

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Beat butter, peanut butter, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  • Blend in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in reserved sugar.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 minutes.
  • Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving to a rack.

Notes
